Operations Manager
I ensure the smooth running of the Operations team in Harold's cross. I need to make sure the team provide a quality service to the Client Service Managers and get their reports on time and have the tools and training they need to do so. I also dabble in a bit of IT and am the ISO management representive.

I ask myself that question from time to time! I actually love working for CPM. Sure I get stressed but as a wise man once said, "It's a job, not a lifestyle." I've had a couple of different job roles since I've been here and I've never been bored. At the moment the Ops team is really working well together and there's always a bit of banter to keep the spirits up!
I have to say it was the CPM "World Cup" in Holland last year where CPM Ireland competed against 9 other teams from CPM offices across Europe in a 5 a-side football tournament. We came a credible 7th place but won easily afterwards in the bar!
From time to time we are faced with certain Client challenges that mean longer hours and more pressure than normal. I'm sure I've lost some hair and gained a few wrinkles but what's life without a few challenges, right?
