CPM were approached by HTC to undertake in-store product training to drive increased sales and undertake merchandising activities to raise brand awareness.


CPM recruited and trained a dedicated Field Specialist Team who are responsible for visiting outlets nationwide to undertake in-depth product and sales training programs with Store Managers and Shop Assistants.

Key components of the training include technical characteristics, device utilization along with selling techniques and key USP's.
