THE CHALLENGE

CPM were delighted when they were approached by Microsoft  with an exciting new challenge. It was to assist them in building the awareness of their latest interactive gaming game known as Kinect for XBOX 360. CPM were set the task of providing enthusiastic, outgoing, fun loving promotional people to demonstrate the game in 282 stores over a 4 month period.

THE CPM SOLUTION

  • Introduced a large recruitment drive to recruit ideal candidates with a target of 50 demonstrators in to employ in total
  • Build call files and rosters
  • Provide training to all demonstrators

RESULTS / ROI

  • The Launch of Kinect for XBOX 360 was a great success with the public.
  • All stores on our call file were completed and feedback from store staff and the public was fantastic.
  • With the kinect launch being so successful Microsoft  approached us once again to carry out in-store demonstrations of their products in 2011 & 2012.
